I had my tires rotated and brakes put on the front. Everything was great until my left front wheel came off on the highway on the way home. $5,500 in damage. I called Cindy, she was real concerned until it came time to pay. My insurance had to cover my repairs as they accepted no responsibility.
My mother had her brakes changed here I had to redo them for because her vehicle shock so bad after having pit stop change her brakes. They used the lowest grade pads and rotors and charged her a arm and leg for them note: didn't even grease the caliper pins the rear calipers where sticking and have already wore the pads down after a couple hundred miles .I do not recommend this place for your safety,I would rather you Google it and do it yourself may save your life and your money
Unfortunately the only “certified” place my insurance would tow to around Winchester. Extremely slow service to get anything done my fiancé was without a car for a week, don’t return calls, had to take vehicle back twice because of issues. Second time was issues created from them “fixing the first issue”. They just work when they feel like it and don’t care if you need your car back in a hurry. Do not recommend you taking your vehicle to them. I didn’t want to take the car there in the first place because of the other reviews and it is clear that nobody should.
I drove in because of a weird noise, in 5 minutes they found the reason, my exhaust. Cindy is super and the mechanic, Eric knows his stuff. The prices are very fair. $19.95 for an oil change.
If you want it fixed right take it somewhere else. Also this is the third time my vehicle has come out of pit stop in worse shape than when it went in. Went to pick up my 'fixed' car and it didnt have the power to roll the window up that They rolled down, im guessing to let it get wet in hopes to scam me out of more money. On top of it the guy working decided to open my back door and start throwing my stuff in a puddle to 'try and fix it' and had to ask 3 times for him to stop and pretty much yell the last time. Do yourself a favor and take it literally anywhere else and dont support these scam artists.
