I was looking for a specific part and was assisted by a very helpful young lady and was further assisted by a knowledgeable young man who was able to locate the correct item. As I entered the store I asked the cashier if someone could get me a cart from outside (it was extremely windy) and she immediately called for assistance. All the associates I encountered were friendly and helpful. Thank you Rural King for the excellent training of your staff.
No service here. What has happened to service and manners ??????
The place is a pretty good store they have just about a little of everything.. well they don't have a electric area, but other then that they've usually got it. The store is usually kept clean and for the most part all of the employees are friendly. I personally feel the one thing that makes them different from the other retail stores is that they offer free complimentary popcorn and coffee to all customers.
I enjoy Rural King. The toys are nice with good prices. So many different things can't name them all. Just a nice stop. But give yourself time to check out the whole store.
Nice place. Every thing you need and most of what you want. Found a wood stove plus pipe for 100 less than anyone else. And free popcorn while you shop.
Good products, good tool selection some dog foods that have ,no chicken or corn by products lamb n beef.good boots ariat, muck ,stihl. chainsaws, and lawn garden gear.and lots more stuff...that being said..the people who work here are rude and will not help you with anything ....except take your money!......
