Always been friendly with me and even help me ship my package as I am usually with my baby. No complaints I do admit after 1st shift leave they can kinda be rude. I just get rude back and everything works out just fine I like they keep all my tracking information stored big plus. Winchester post office are a$$holes and when you ask for a tracking it kills them. This place hands down great job ladies

Do not expect great customer service here. The ups company damaged my pregnant wifes package after I had to drive 20 minutes out of town to pick it up. The clerk at this location didn't mind go ing her two cents abiut how I was wrong and ups is never in the wrong. Do not visit this store as they will charge you for things that you shouldn't pay for as a customer.
