They need to hire people who actually know how to cut hair. Honestly a toddler could've done better. Not only did I wait for an hour but the girl cut off atleast 6 inches of my hair when I clearly said I only wanted an inch to get rid of dead ends. She then made my hair uneven and another girl had to fix it making my hair even shorter and despite me crying that all my hair was gone she still charged me and had the nerve to say 'It's not THAT bad'
Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to get a brow wax, it was a 2 hour wait. I was actually okay with that because the girl told me as soon as I came back I would be first. I ran some errands, came back exactly 2 hours later and a new, ruder girl was at the register. I told her I was supposed to be able to come in and go back. She rudely told me I would need to wait 30 or so minutes. I asked her why when I was told I could go straight back because i was in a rush, she said because they had someone that got to go ahead of me. Mind you, the lady was not even in the chair, they just told her to go. I said fine and I sat. I asked my stepson if he wanted to walk out with me while I made a phone call and the lady at the register rudely asks 'Are you leaving??' I said 'no! Im making a phone call' i was getting more and more ticked. Had she been nice I probably would have sat there. After my phone call i realized i had no time to wait so i opened the door and said 'ma'am i am leaving you can give up my place' she again gets rude even while trying to say she would give me a discount to stay. I again told her I DON'T HAVE TIME! Thats why I was supposed to go straight back, im in a rush. It's enough to wait 2 hours, but then to go back and be told it is going to be even more time very rudely....NO! I will never go back there.

only customer in the store and was told it would be a 10 minute wait as all of the stylists were working on each other's hair, at 17 minutes i left, priorities people
The manager Kayne is so nice. The wait isn't long except before holidays and Saturday afternoons so I avoid these. My whole family goes here, I love it. So convenient and really good, young but experienced, stylists!
