A little slow on checkout. Other than that they had what i needed with no problems other than a couple aisles blocked unnecessarily.
I just had the best experience at Lowes in Winchester Ky! I had purchased an item online and pickup at store. The item was large and had no box but it was gift from my son to his dad and he wanted it in a box so he could wrap it. After 3 associates looked for the box with no luck. The store manager Whitney quickly came up with a solution and three associates including the store manager himself fabricated a beautiful box for our gift. It was an awesome customer service experience! The most important part of the experience was their friendly and genuine dedication to helping so my son would be able to wrap his dads gift! Thank you!
I found the people very helpful. The only problem i found is how thing are organization in the store. But i found what i needed.
Went in to return some items,accused me of stealing because I didn't have receipt.Kept my driver's license,Lowes in Winchester found my receipt.Went back to get my license and they threw them away.This was the Lexington Lowes at lagco way that done this to me.Now three weeks without a license because I can't take off work.Money out of my pocket and being called athief in front of roughly ten customers.
Husband and I went to rent a carpet scrubber from the Winchester Lowes this evening. All three they had were dirty and thick with hair. Even an employee said that were all NASTY and would not be cleaned till the rep. came.
