They had said I missed my appointments, I called them and cancelled my appointments. I even called 3 ,hrs before and spoke to a gentleman during after hours and he said he would cancel my appointment. They have no clue as to what they are doing. After Dr Alvarado left that place has gone to the crapper.
This is a poorly run office. The girl that answers the phone to make appointments is rude at best. I don't care if you're not super friendly but don't treat me as though I'm inconveniencing you by making an appointment. Also, if you have issues with your meds good luck getting them. I refilled my script 4 days after it expired, they couldn't get me in for over 15 days and they wouldn't give me enough until I could get in. Over the course of 2 days I left multiple messages, they acted as though it wouldn't be a problem when I talked to them however no one ever did it and they didn't care enough to call me back or make any effort to help me. It's a shame because I like my provider but the support staff is so terrible I'll be going elsewhere.
