Paul Maupin and his staff are the best people you will ever deal with. I have 3 truck and my house insurance with him. For a while I had 4 trucks insured with him. But I took it off of the 4th truck until I get it repaired. All I have to do is call him at anytime and he will take care of what I need right over the phone and you don't have to wait forever for him to do it. You just tell him what you want and he will take care of it. Without you having to stay on the phone the whole time. I had my neighbor take out 5 8ft sections of privacy fence with a bobcat because he didn't know how to drive it. Of course the neighbor is one of those people you never want to deal with. Paul contacted every insurance agency in Kentucky to find out who they were insured with. Because they were being difficult and didn't want to pay the contractor what he wanted to fix it back. It was all new fence and he wanted to take used lumber to fix it. In the end we found his home insurance was with a company in Ohio. I only had to make a few phone calls and Paul made sure it was all taken care of. I can never think him enough for all he does.
