Absolutely ridiculous. The food is ok when they can get your order rigjt. I called about a delivery order that was wrong tonight. The response I got from the girl was "yeah, we're really busy." thats it. No apology, no offer to fix it. The manager was too busy to come to the phone. Word of mouth is powerful and they getting ready to be "not as busy."
