The folks at this store are great. They are helpful and talented. Tim was able to take a color that we bought 5 gallons of (and used maybe 2.5 or so of it) and manually adjust the tint on what was left in the can to a darker shade that we could use somewhere else in the house (due to deciding on a different color right in the middle of painting). Not only was Tim's work excellent on this custom tinting - they didn't charge anything for it!
Additionally - they stand behind the customer satisfaction promise. One color we bought came out not matching the color chip. The color wasn't awful but they still credited me for both gallons of the paint.
Really friendly people....and always having a positive attitude.
The paint itself: It performed great and I expect to see it wear well also. Love this stuff and will probably always buy Sherwin-Williams Paint in the future.
Love this paint store. Chris (manager), Tim (master of tinting paint) and Dillon are all great. I recently painted the entire interior of a recently purchased home (wow - what were the previous owners thinking with their colors). Anyhow, Sherwin-Williams paints were recommended by my painting contractor, and he was painting only a part of the house - and I was buying all the paint.
