To expensive rates keep going up and they try to make you buy their insurance on a storage unit even when the contract I have with them doesn't say anything about it I've been there for over 2 year's an the rates went up 4 times they are not worth the price it's a rip off let alone strong arming you to buy their insurance
I would NEVER recommend a storage unit here. It is not because of the property but the property managers are the absolute worst people to deal with. They are very rude and customer service is not in their vocabulary. Talking to these people is nearly impossible I am a very level headed understanding person and even I have lost my cool with these disrespectful people. The way they speak with their customers is an outrage and when I asked for a name or number for their supervisor I was told there was not one they were the managers and all problems go through them. THEY ARE THE PROBLEM. MARK AND PATTI at the winchester ky location need to find jobs that are NOT in the customer service field. So if corporate or a supervisor of this company sees this please look into your records I have made several complaints and from what I was told a lot of others have as well. You are losing business for employing such unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and just all around nasty people.
Salesperson messed up order for my rental which caused multiple charges and misinformation between uhaul companies. Would not ever recommend this location or uhaul as a moving source. Worst moving experience ever.
