I work 40 hours a week and I'm a full-time college student. I don't have time to waste, but they sure wasted my time. Went in for an alignment, but it honestly doesn't appear they even touched the truck. If they did actually touch the truck, they got it more out of align if anything. $100 wasted. Funny part is they wanted to replace parts I literally just replaced. Now to find someone who will actually do a true alignment. It's a struggle.
Curtious staff, good price, took a few hours longer than told. It would help if they could give better time est. So the customer could make arrangements and not wait several hours unexpectedly. Also a 17 dollar charge that I was not infomed of on the price quote for shop supplies on brake replacement...but overall price was good.
When I go to get my oil changed, everyone is so nice. Their friendly service department gets my car in and out in a timely manner. I appreciate the employees at WINCHESTER, KY.
These guys are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a low tire and they checked ALL my tires until they found the problem, and then they fixed it for me right then- quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this place if you need tires!!!!! :-)
