Very unorganized. On the last with my dog shot was unaware his shots were not updated. Waited 2 weeks for a flea and tick. Staff can be unpleasant. Dr. Castle gave me the wrong strength on a supplement. I Googled it and was too strong! Going to different clinic.
I saw Dr. Pope for the first time. He was very pleasant, thorough and very personable. I loved that he was so attentive and took his time even tho he was pretty busy.
I've had my cat here three times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got a same day appointment, thankfully. My fur baby is sick today and saw a vet today. It's very important to me to be able to get a quick appointment when needed.
The doctors are excellent the groomers did an excellent job can't say enough good about Jeff Castle and him as a veterinarian
