I am in the process of changing my physician now. Dr. alvarado was great, however his staff are horrible. My husband was referred for a colonscopy about 2 months ago and has yet to receive his appointment for that. I have called multiple times and get the same answer "they are working on it" I have been scheduled to go to an endocrinologist and get results for wearing a cardiac holter monitor. They have not set my appointment up in two months and get the same response "they are working on it" Then with the cardiac monitor. They lost the results before i could get them so now i have to wait another two months before getting the results because they have to request them..... Very disappointed!!!!!
