The service at this particular Applebee's was spot on. Warm, inviting, friendly, and always attentive without being intrusive.

It's been a long time for me and Applebee's. I try to support local restaurants instead of chains as much as possible. Menu had completely changed from the last time I had been to Applebee's. I had the caprese mozzarella chicken and it was very good.
Food is good. Music is kept so loud you can barely think. It makes it really difficult to have a conversation with the people your with or your server.
Our server was able to answer every question we had about the menu.

Decided to bring my family here that was visiting from a different state. Went in and got seated and got our drinks then waited for 15-20 minutes and no one came back to take our order. We paid for the drinks and left. No wonder Applebee's in on the verge of closing.
