A week ago I Ordered food through the drive through I went home and they forgot my 2 sides to one of my meals. Called them and talked to the assistant manager and GM. Both were accommodating and gave my next meal for free. Went today and to receive the free meal and also buy another for my wife. Told them about the mess up last time to remind them about my free meal and the GM also gave us the other meal for free for the inconvenience. I refused to take it but he insisted. Thank you Captain D’s of Winchester! We are happy customers and will come back!
This place has improved dramatically over the last month. The new staff makes wait time shorter. They also cater more to the customers offering to refill your drinks while you eat. Much improvement, way to go!
