Staff were friendly and the rooms were well-prepared. I enjoyed their complementary breakfast as well. I'd recommend this place for my family and friends.
The staff were rude. They screwed up my billing and when I asked to see the manager he refused to see me. I asked for 3 days to speak with a manager via phone or person and still the manager refused to talk to me. The manager fixed what he thought my complaint was and left me a note saying so. The front desk refused to contact the manager for me and when I left for dinner they canceled my room. I'd stayed there for 2 weeks. When I came back and found my card did not work the lady at the desk informed me I was being kicked out the hotel for "profanity. Keep in mind I never cured toward any of the hotel staff however I will admit to foul language I also apologized immediately after. Of course by this point I demanded to speak with her manager and she called the cops to escort me off the property. I never raised my voice. I never made threats. I admit to cursing but what can I say when ya screw me of 450 bucks and refuse to speak with me. Do not stay here. They also messed up billing on 3 other of my coworkers.
Simply a roof over your head and nothing more. Had to switch rooms as our first room was not cleaned. Mud on the floor leaves a d dirt in the bed. Was up to 2am because there was children running the halls and people next door partying. Breakfast...lol. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
Overall all I wanted was to speak with the manager and in the end he refused.
Friendly, clean, good night's sleep! You can tell they are remodeling, the carpets by back door is different. Thank goodness for new carpet, thay back there looks gross. The rest looks great. Our room had newer carpets and was clean. Pool was great, Exercise room was good. We'll stay again.
I was in town to visit family, and decided to stay here because of the pool to keep the kids busy! WONDERFUL!! The staff was so helpful and nice. The room was very clean, and beds were excellent! Housekeeping was always great and friendly. They made sure we had what we needed. The whole week we were there was good! Front desk staff was so nice and always friendly. Manager always was available as far as I could see, and he was very polite. I would recommend this place if you will be visiting or passing through. VERY KIND PEOPLE. My kids also had a great time in the pool!
