My father and Uncle have been staying here while my grandmother is in the hospital in Lexington. From start to finish the staff have been extremely nice and accommodating. There was a bit of confusion on my part as I was intending to pay for the hotel stay, and as soon as I spoke with Ms. Tracy at the desk, everything was handled swiftly and courteously. My family cannot thank you enough for the kindness and caring your staff has shown in our time of need. Thank YOU!!!!
try to use Comfort when I travel but this one gets an "F" in my book. Tried to get change for the vending machine at the front desk but they don't give change due to a recent robbery. Okay, tried the credit card slot on the machine and it debited my card but didn't dispense. Lack of management checking the equipment in the hotel. I sure as hell am not chasing the vending distributor for $2.00....I've got business to take care of. Next, toilet seat was as close to falling off as possible. Tightened myself. Finally the room phone does not work. Needless to say this hotel is not on my return stay list. Disgusted
I am grateful that there was staff to let me in past midnight on thanksgiving night after a 6 hour drive. They were nice about it too.
Stayed Christmas evening at Winchester, KY location. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Water was nice and warm. King size bed was very comfortable. Pillows were awesome. Will definitely stay again.
Great place at a great price. Breakfast was more than adequate with cream cheese and pastries and grits and eggs.
So this is basically the best deal for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, our breakfast was good, with a few hot options. Everything was easy and professional, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely our stop next time we are in the area.
