Long wait they all ways make you pull up and wait
Difficult to order. They kept thinking I was asking for different items than I was requesting. Finally got everything straight in the order, but then what we received wasn't all correct. Cheeseburger didn't have cheese on it. Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream wasn't correct either - charged us more than listed on menu and then didn't get what was described on the menu. The food was good, but negative experience overall.
Half their stuff doesn't match the menu. For example, the best part about the Chicago dog is the poppy seed bun. The last 3 times I've ordered it, it's been on a regular bun. The last time I took it back and asked if they'd give me the bun and told them I'd just transfer the hotdog and stuff over to it. They hand me a pretzel roll... I point to the picture and ask where those buns are. They said they don't make them on the poppy seed buns anymore. It's funny the other locations do.
I especially like the way they remodeled the place where we can now eat inside
Don't ever ask for the five dollar box I got a half raw burger with cold fries contacted cooperate and was hardly acknowledged.Prices don't match menu you spend 11 on one burger combo. Avoid
