Man! Wish I had a dentist like Dr. Craig and his staff 40 years ago when I was a youngster. I probably wouldn't need to be visiting the dentist as much as I have been lately if I had. Read the other 5 star reviews. They are SPOT ON!!! Even though it has become an inconvenience I can't go anywhere else. No way I get better service somewhere else.
This place is awesome. They saved a couple of my teeth. They laugh at my jokes. Not at all judgemental about my rotten tooth.
Everyone at Bluegrass Dental "Dr. Joe Craig" office are professional and very friendly. Nobody likes going to the Dentist, but the staff here make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Craig is amazing. He constantly made sure that I was okay and not in any pain during my procedure. I always have awesome service from the front desk to check out, assistants to the Dentist "Dr Craig." My experience is by far the best. I will never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Cannot say enough positive things about this office. The short version is I've had 40 years of horrible dentist experiences. Had to have an extraction of a molar that had a root canal about 15 years ago. I came in terrified of what was going to happen, explained to the dentist that I'm resistant to anesthetics and that I was scared. The procedure was (and I mean this literally) the first time I had dental work without pain. I've posted this same review on yelp. This office deserves to be well known.
I've been going here for years and I can't say enough positive things about this place. Dr. Masters and his staff always go above and beyond for their patients. I have never had a bad experience and recommend them to everyone I know. Even the front desk staff makes sure you feel welcome and they don't have to look at a computer screen to remember your name or what you're there for. Best dental office by far!
