Never thought I'd say I like going to the dentist. But I do. I have no fear going in for appointments. Dr. Keally listens. He isn't pushy. He's very patient. He feels like your friend. All of the staff do, really. Their prices are a little more than the norm, but you get what you pay for and every penny is worth it to me. They even have flexible payment plans to help you out. I brag to my friends and family out of state about my dentist. Seriously.
Dr. Keally went above and beyond to make sure that a crown was in a perfect shape. I always feel welcomed and appreciated.
I recently retired from the Navy and Google searched Best Dentist in Winchester and Catron Dental came up. They surpassed this title by a country mile. The staff is so helpful and pleasant!! They handled my insurance questions in language I could understand and processed quotes for my procedures within a couple of days when I was expecting "weeks". Waiting only takes a little while and the staff makes it a joy. The level of detail and quality of care is wonderful. They made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the treatment I received. I have had a cleaning and 4 fillings done and I can't say enough about how they made going to the dentist a wonderful experience.
First class experience. Dr. Keally and his staff are excellent. It was as good a time as you'll possibly have in a Dentist's Chair. Will definitely be going back in 6 months!
