Love Dr A. Gray and Dr. Bates. They always take great care of my family. I work with mentally challenged adults and I take all of them to Dr Gray and Bates. They are always very patient and understanding. I also like the fact that if you want they can do everything in one visit (x-rays, cleaning, exam and all fillings) so you don't have to make multiple appointments. And they are one of the few doctors offices left that aren't afraid to have bible verses posted all over the office and waiting area. Glad they are not ashamed of God.
I have been going to this dentist for the past 2 years and they are wonderful! I have been to several different places in richmond and mt. Sterling and always change because I am never satisfied. Dr. Bates ensured I was well taken care of and everything I needed was taken care of... I will def. Continue going for future visits! Friendly staff and great doctors!
Absolutely love this place!!! I hate going to the dentist, who doesn't....but Dr. Bates is AMAZING!!!! She is soooooo personable and does an amazing job! Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
