Dr. Peterson is the single worst dentist I have ever been to. This man has hurt me and when I call to try to talk to him he is gone WOW gee thanks doc!!!
Very bad experience! They lost my preapproval from my insurance and would not finish the job started
Wouldn't complain if it hadn't been for the lady that handles the payments and receipts. She took it upon herself to talk very loudly about my husband and that their offices had a mix up but for some reason that was his wrong doing. She continued on for a couple of hours since we were forced to wait or not get his surgery at all. If you work in a doctor's office of any kind you should have enough respect for the people that are patients and for the staff to not degrade someone for something they took no part in. I will not return and my large family will not either. I will drive the extra 30 minutes out of our way to deal with a more friendly and caring staff. I truly hope Dr. Gray and the other practicing dentist that work here understand that their staff and their mulishness words affect the patients and I'm sure the staff as well. I truly hope some speaks to this staff because not many offices would tolerate such behavior.
